  12/365/52/24/7 - Laurence Tom

Are there days and moments in your life that you just hate, like Mondays? Do you ever wonder what does anything have to do with anything? Does life sometimes seem very monotonous, the same thing, same place, same people? What if every Monday mattered to you? What if every person mattered? What if you lived like God gave a damn about his creation, your community, and every heart that's far from his? Discover different things you can do right now that can make a difference in your life and in the world...

Bring It On! Getting Ready for the Best 4 Years of Your Life! - Redd Sevilla

Yes, get ready for high school! For me and many many others, high school was or is an awesome time of life. High school is a place where you can get tight with God and tight with others. It's a place where your faith and your abilities are tested and strengthened. It's a place where you are trusted with more responsibility and more freedom. How exciting!

In this workshop we'll talk about the do's and don'ts you need to keep in mind when entering high school. We'll talk about how to overcome the challenges you'll face that will grow your mind, your faith and your relationships. You'll hear about successful and not so successful high school careers of those who have been there done that. Bring it, baby!

Fitting In Like White On Rice: Finding Out Where I Belong and Helping Others Do The Same - Carol Chao

Ever feel like you stick out like a sore thumb? Have you ever said to yourself: “I am the only one!” or “Why am I like this?” or “Nobody understands me!” Even in our churches, we can feel lonely, alone, unwanted, or neglected. Find out why you feel this way and why you are not the only one! Then see how you can look at yourself with changed eyes and help others to do the same.

Revival Living - Rev. Daniel Park

Passion is an evidence of Spirit filled life, yet most Christians struggle to remain passionate about God. Learn the effective ways of living a revival life by identifying your "passion killers" and discovering ways of keeping your passion burning. In addition, we'll also learn strategies of influencing your classmates and peers and effectively share Jesus’ love with those around because revival is not just a one time event, it's a way of living.

The Purpose Driven God (School stinks, why do I have to go???) - Pastor Janming Hou

At the age of eight, he was suicidal. By twenty-five, he already graduated from college with double majors and spoke to over two million people about Jesus. Oh, and by the way, Nick Vujicic has no limbs since birth, Yes, you read it right! He is without arms, hands, legs and thighs! His secret? The Good and Sovereign God has a purpose for his life. Come and join us to ponder the implications of this wonderful promise of God to your own youthful life.

From Teendom to Kingdom: Finding and Fulfilling Your Destiny in God - Wendy Chou

In every generation, God has faithfully raised people to bring spiritual awakening that challenged the social ills and transformed nations. While today’s culture tries to build a teen’s kingdom with self-indulgence and no moral boundaries, God continues to call on young people to become movers and shakers of their generation for His Kingdom.

As adolescence presents critical years for self-discovery and personal development, this workshop will demystify the process of youth leadership development in the context of Asian American churches. It will help those who desire to grow in their understanding of how God desires to use unlikely and “small” people to fulfill His glorious purpose and how teenagers need to actively pursue their spiritual goals that will shape their future destiny. Many examples will be drawn from Bible characters and the speaker’s ministry experiences to address important issues, such as finding self identity, cultivating intimacy with God, seeking spiritual mentorship, overcoming life’s setback, discerning Kingdom urgency, taking personal risks and radical obedience in order to achieve God best purpose for your life.
