Small group leaders (SGL) are essential part of the conference. They are the "hands and face" of the conference - making a large conference more personal with a Godly witness.

Since you are being considered as a small group leader, we are asking for approval by someone in leadership who knows you. The reason is two-fold:

  • It communicates the fact that you are being asked to serve in this capacity to one of your leaders.
  • It gives us a better understanding of whether you are ready to be a small group leader for this year, from someone who is accountable to God for your life.
