Pricing

The total cost of NYSC 2011 is $300/person. The registration fee is $120 per adult, including commuters, and $80 for youth. Unfortunately Hofstra University began separately charging us for using theaters, classrooms, and equipment and drastically increased food and lodging costs. We’'ve cut expenses and managed to keep costs reasonable for a high-quality, 5-day conference in NY.

Additionally, the university will hold the NYSC to pre-agreed-upon bed and meal counts. So we are asking all attendees to respect our registration deadline and to prudently selecting rooms and meals so we provide the university with accurate headcounts. In these tough economic times when many are hurting financially, we need your help to financially support the conference, and one way is the efficent use of the resources provided to us.

Fees: The registration fee is $120 per adult, including commuters, and $80 for youth.

Total cost (incl. registration) is $290. This can be given on a free-will offering basis.

For those using online registration, please make free-will offering by using personal checks or Paypal. Checks should be made payable to New York Summer Conference: 151-60 19th Avenue, Whitestone, NY 11357.

1. Registration is accepted on a first come first serve basis. Everyone, including commuters, must register. Please register early because space is limited.
2. Registration forms must be postmarked by June 1, 2011, accompanied with the registration fee and liability release form or it will not be processed. All fields on the form must be filled out completely.
3. Attendees under the age of 18 must have a parental consent form filled out and signed.
4. Feel free to make copies of the registration form as needed. Those attending as a family need only complete one form per family.
5. High School seniors may choose Youth or C&C but must choose now and can not change later.
6. Please look over the workshop titles and check online for descriptions to choose which workshops you would like to take place in, which you will register for during registration.
